Jesus is the head of the church (Colossians 1:18) and with leadership in a local church, there are various roles that people hold while serving under Jesus. 

We see the local church as a community on mission together, so the primary purpose of our church’s staff is to "prepare God's people for works of service" (Ephesians 4:11-12). Our joy is seeing the people of the church joining in with their unique giftedness and passion as they serve with various ministries. That’s why we see “staff” as not only those with office hours and formal pastoral roles, but also as all of those who volunteer and serve on mission in various roles.
