Our Leadership

Will and his family, wife Mikaila and son Oliver, moved to Santa Cruz from Danville, California. Before coming to Vintage, Will was a musical worship director for seven years, and more recently, he helped run production for a coffee roasting company! He’s excited about being a part of the Vintage team and creating a loving community that values the Word of the Lord and encourages the artistic expression of a creative God.

When Will is not leading musical worship, you can find him cooking and creating fun food projects with Mikaila (usually fermenting something), chasing after Oliver (who is almost 2 and loves repeating EVERYTHING his parents say), reading high fantasy, history and non-fiction, running, watching hockey (Go Sharks!), going on family walks, nerding out on coffee, an occasional Magic the Gathering game, and anything related to Star Wars and Lord of the Rings. Will and Mikaela also have a 6 year old Boston Terrier named Finn who is either running around at the speed of light or snoring loudly underneath a blanket.
