This fall we begin a new teaching series called Faith and Empire, walking through the book of Daniel. Living as exiles in Babylon, Daniel and his friends faced the pressure of a powerful empire that demanded their loyalty, yet they chose to remain faithful to God. Their courage, wisdom, and trust in the Lord reveal what it means to live with integrity when the surrounding culture pulls in another direction. Together, we’ll discover how their ancient story still speaks into our own lives, helping us hold fast to faith in the midst of modern empires and how the power to make a difference is found in the commitment to be different.
